The functionality to use
external decoder has
been added.

With its help it is possible:
- to maintain additional extensions of audio files (Monkey's
audio(*.ape), FLAC files(*.flac), Musepack audio(*.mpc), WavPack
files(*.wv)) to burn AudioCD;
- to normalize volume level of audio files before burning (normalize
audio tracks sound).

The possibility to burn AudioCD with no pause
between tracks in TAO mode has been added.
